Located in San Diego, with deep ties to the community. Pointer Pacific is in service to quality and is focused on delivering a top product to its clientele. DeVonn Zink the founder has nearly a decade of experience in design and construction. Starting off his career apprenticing for a local architect, he learned the importance of design, planning and problem solving. After some rewarding days of working in the field, DeVonn began to steer his career towards being more hands on with carpentry and building. After working under a master carpenter and a prominent Point Loma custom home builder, Pointer Pacific began. Over the years we have managed many projects including; ground up custom new build, deck build/rebuilds, framing and siding.

We are a young/hungry crew of carpenters with real apprenticeship experience, looking to continue the tradition of quality custom homes in San Diego.
